PILATES :

Matwork pilates- This style of pilates is for everybody; training you to create a body free of tension and full of energy, strong yet supple. It is set in a tranquil environment, safe, relaxed and fun; the optimum environment for learning. It is highly important to me as an instructor for you to get your needs met…and of course much much more!

SESSIONS ONE ON ONE – 60 Minutes $70  - Two people – $35 EACH   Three people – $25 each .
